Paint decontamination using a safe wash method with Feynlab® Wash, all panels were then de-tarred using Krystal Kleen Detail™ Tar-Off followed by Krystal Kleen Detail™ FeRRUM fallout remover and the final step was to use a dedicated clay sponge and Krystal Kleen Detail™ Mist-X to remove any remaining surface contaminants. Polish surface using Feynlab® F500 Medium Cut. Feynlab® F500 Medium Cut was incorporated with a medium foam pad to brighten the paintwork. To increase gloss we also used Feynlab® F1000 Final Cut. These steps are critical to how well the coating will bond to the paintwork. The leather interior was treated to Krystal Kleen Detail™ Lush Leather Cleaner Gel and Foamer. The interior had a deep clean before being finished with Feynlab® Leather. The paintwork now exhibits excellent hydrophobic characteristics which allow water and dirt to slide off the paint and wheel surfaces instead of sitting and leaving watermarks. Apply Feynlab® Ceramic Lite to the body, headlamps, tail lamps and side windows. Apply Krystal Kleen Detail™ Hydroglas to the front window. apply Krystal Kleen Detail™ Revolve-X to the wheels.

Result: Paint surface restored to a glossy factory finish. Interior left contaminant-free. All plastics inside and out are now protected with Krystal Kleen Detail™ Trim-X returning the black plastic to factory fresh. The ceramic coating was baked under infra-red light to harden the finish providing excellent scratch resistance.

The result is a ceramic coated finish that compliments the excellent level of work that was carried out by all the other craftsmen and women that worked on all the little touches that make this one of the standout trucks on the road.
