This customer came to us with a major problem that is all too common TFR burn on the window trims.. He had gone back to the dealership enquiring if it could be replaced only to be quoted €3700 just for replacement parts! We started with our usual safe wash and continued on with Krystal Kleen Detail Tar Off and followed on with Krystal Kleen Detail Ferrum and finished the process off with Krystal Kleen Detail Mist X and a clay sponge which leaves the paintwork silky smooth in preperation of the polishing steps. The normal polishing steps on the paintwork were halted as we had to restore all of the window trims to as new finish which required almost 17 hours of meticulous sanding and polishing to renew it to factory fresh finish which was no easy feat!
The paintwork was renewed and enhanced using Feynlab F500 and F1000 and was followed with Feynlab Wash and Prime before we added a generous coat of 3 Year Ceramic with Overcoat, All that was left was to coat the wheels with Krystal Kleen Detail Revolve X all of which was then cured using an InfraRed lamp on the paintwork and wheels.
We saved the customer the headache of having to leave the car into the local dealership and be without his car as well as being thousands of euros out of pocket! Instead we handed him back his vehicle in what he described as better than new condition which is the best compliment we could ever have!
