Issues ; Very dull scratched and marked paint, deep clean leather, deep clean carpeted area in rear.
Solutions ; Paint polished and refined to a new level, Leather deep cleaned and coated, Carpeted area deep clean and coated.
Result ; The paint was glass like and looked better than factory fresh, Flawless paint now coated, Leather renewed now matte not grimy and worn looking, carpeted area deep cleaned and looks like new carpet.
Mazda RX7
This car is extremely rare in Ireland and this one is more than a bit special with a host of extras from bigger turbos, clutch, brakes and intercooler to name a few upgrades. We started with a safe wash and moved straight onto the decontamination process. De tar and iron removal was followed by a clay sponge and detailer to remove any scum that would have built up on the surface.
We then performed a two stage polish to remove scratches and refined the paint to a high gloss level. We then applied a layer of Ceramic Lite to the paintwork and the glass to protect the interior from the harsh roads
The interior had a deep clean and we dressed the plastic with Krystal Kleen Detail Trim X and a coat of Feynlab Textile fabric protectant was used in the rear carpeted section with the front seats getting a deep clean of Lush Leather gel and cream kit to renew the leather from shiny and grimey to clean matte leather which was then coated with Feynlab Leather Coating..
The overall effect of all of this work is one of extreme gloss clarity and quality and it represents the car very well. There is no middle ground with this type of vehicle solid black paint and rounded lines that this car has makes it one that is either right or wrong when it comes to polishing. This is definitely one of my favourite cars in quite some time and it was a pleasure to work on it. Many thanks to the owner for the opportunity and for a long term customer for the recommendation!
