Issues: Medium level of contamination on the body and wheels from light road use. No protection on the exterior, plastic trim, leather seats, door cards, mats, glass on the exterior and interior of the vehicle.
Solution: Paint decontamination using a safe wash method with Feynlab® Pure Wash and de-tar all panels using Krystal Kleen Detail™ Tar-Off, finished contamination iron removal with Krystal Kleen Detail™ FeRRUM fallout remover. Apply Krystal Kleen Detail™ Mist-X to finish with the use of a clay sponge. Apply body with Feynlab® Ceramic 3 Year and Overcoat. Apply Krystal Kleen Detail™ R-Evolve to the wheels. Apply Feynlab® Leather to the interior seats, middle console and door cards. Dress tyres with Feynlab® Black Velvet Tire Sealant.
Result: Paint surface restored to gloss finish. Interior left contaminant-free. All glass protected with Feynlab® ceramic sealant. The ceramic finish protects from chemicals, water spots and is extremely hydrophobic. All plastics protected with Feynlab® Plastic returning the black to factory black on the scuttle panel, wiper arms and engine bay plastics. Wheels are treated and protected from harsh environments and heavy use. The wheels and brake callipers were treated using Feynlab® Wheel and Caliper whilst the tyres were dressed with Feynlab® Black Velvet Tire Sealant. Our work makes washing the vehicle much easier for the owner in the future as dirt and tar from the roads will glide off the paint and wheel surfaces without sitting and creating a scratch.
The use of Krystal Kleen Detail™ Mist-X with a clay sponge ensures a super smooth surface to work on. Feynlab® Super Heavy Cut was incorporated with a medium cutting pad and further refined using Feynlab® F1000 Final Cut to brighten and remove the highest level of defects from the paintwork ahead of coating. The interior carpeting and boot area had a deep clean with a thorough vacuum leaving the vehicle complete, ready to be returned to the customer.
